1. Definitions & Acceptance of Terms

In this document, "ace75", "platform", or "site" refers to https://ace75.lat and all services connected to it. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered with ace75 or is using its services.

From the moment you begin using ace75's services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines.

• Allowing another person to use, rent, or transfer your account is prohibited.
• If your password or login details are lost or you suspect they have been stolen, notify the ace75 support team immediately.

ace75 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by ace75's own failure.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

ace75 currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits made by any other method will not be accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Once a deposit is confirmed, your balance will be updated automatically.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the mobile number used for the deposit must match the details registered to your account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• ace75 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request for reasonable cause.

4.3 Legitimacy of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your account come from a fully legitimate source and are not connected to any unlawful activity. ace75 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ace75 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. At ace75, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period — if wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus may be cancelled.
• It may not be possible to activate another bonus while one is already active.
• ace75 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus benefits, manipulate outcomes, or place coordinated bets will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

• In the event of a technical error related to a game, the decision of ace75 management is final.

• Failure to respond to an identity verification request from the authorities.
• At your own request to close the account.
